  1. Why should I buy my diamond from ItsThePrice.com?
    It's the Price.
    It's Documented Diamond Verification©.
    It's secured payment methods.
    It's professional service.
It's complete confidence and peace of mind.
    It's a no brainer.

  2. Your prices seem too good to be true. How do I know you'll send me the diamond I ordered?
Our unique Documented Diamond Verification© (DDV) service conducted by respected independent grading laboratories is absolute confirmation that the diamond you receive is the diamond you ordered.

  3. I've never heard of you before. How do I know you're legitimate?
You've never heard of us before, because we've always been in the wholesale diamond business.
With our long established wholesale accounts very active, we have a valuable "franchise" to protect.
Anyone can print numerous so-called "testimonials" extolling their virtues, distribute hyped press releases, and for the price of dues can join any "professional" organization.
Look, the reality is they can tell you anything...Does the name Enron ring a bell?

So, without divulging our wholesale business credentials and in order to give you the comfort and peace of mind you deserve when making a major purchase, we have devised and instituted foolproof transaction protections for our direct to consumer Web clients. These include our unique DDV© and our Secured Payment Protection program.
No one else selling diamonds features these common sense, business-like, measures to protect you.

Remember, we don't get our money until you have your diamond and are completely satisfied.

  4. What is your payment policy?
In order to ensure completely secure transactions and maintain the lowest possible pricing, we encourage deposit of funds to an independent bonded, legally authorized custodial escrow holding account, to be released upon your notification of satisfaction. Funds can be deposited via check or bank wire transfer.

  5. Do you sell treated or enhanced diamonds?
No! We do not sell diamonds that have been treated or enhanced in any way, as evidenced by their independent laboratory grading certification.

  6. What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows the buyer a seven day inspection period dating from the receipt of the diamond. In the unlikely event the diamond should not be acceptable, the buyer is to notify us by fax or e-mail of the intention to return. An authorization number for the shipment will be assigned and detailed instructions for return will be provided at that time.

  7. How will my diamond be shipped?
Your diamond will be shipped via insured registered US mail unless you request overnight delivery.

  8. Do you sell settings?
Classic solitaire settings are available in both 14K and 18K yellow or white gold as well as platinum.
Other styles may be obtainable through special order.

  9. What if my diamond is lost or stolen during shipment?
The shipment by the verifying laboratory is fully insured until the package is received and signed for.
It then becomes your responsibility, for which we recommend you obtain a temporary insurance binder.

  10. Will I get an insurance appraisal with my diamond?
Yes. When ordering your diamond, please request the type of insurance appraisal you prefer for your coverage requirements.

  11. How soon after I've ordered my diamond will it be shipped?
In most cases, your diamond will be shipped to you within 24 hours after your payment funds have cleared the escrow agency's bank.

  12. Why don't you carry diamonds less than 2.00 carats?
Good question! Perhaps we will if we get enough call for them, however, our business has always been in larger stones. But check us out. With our low prices, you can afford a larger or better diamond than you might have thought possible!
